The Spirit Within

HIS SPIRIT WITHIN

We have the Spirit of the living God
Living in our earthly temples of clay.
He is Lord of all and reigns in power.
He leads us daily and hears us when we pray.

Without His Spirit within, we are none of His.
We are made new creatures, from on high,
With His Spirit in our lives and heart.
He will be our Comforter and always will be nigh.

His Spirit within will teach us.
He will guide us in paths of right.
Jesus is our dearest Friend and Savior.
He has turned the darkness into light.

We praise Him for His comfort.
We thank Him, each day, for His care.
When we call upon our Heavenly Father,
We know He will always be there.
